Theres an underlying reason why he felt he needed to post his grief with X customer. Look beyond his accusations of X customer and you will see on the surface the reasons of non-refunds.
What is the point of this post - dunno.
Sure he does...he very well knows what hes doing. Its all part and partial/cause and effect to further fuel his lame explaination for non-refunds.

And im sure he will....i bet hes reading all this as we speak. His invitation to "Flame away" IS and WILL be another one of his excuses to NOT refund because of the so-called "change your tune" because you flammed me on a public forum so i will within hold your refund indefinately!
Hopefully - the car will sell soon and people will get some money back and all will be well in the world.
key word is "Hopefully" I dont know steamyz from adam but since this is a public forum i felt the need to reflect my un-biased views. As a vendor myself i find it disgusting that he, as a vendor would post such an provoking comment to all those who put trust in his business. For me, i would not be sitting back waiting on the 'hopefully' because that 'hopefully' wont be coming any day soon. Id be sending that 'hopefully' to court as fast as my Z can get there.
Small claims court would be my immediate action to take. Business is business and ill bet he's a sole proprieter and theres been NO bankruptcy filed at all. I would wait if i were you.
